Shipping policy

Costs & delivery time
Delivery is free of charge to all countries we ship to. Items in stock are dispatched within 1–2 business days of the order. From dispatch, delivery takes approx. 5 calendar days to Switzerland, approx. 14 calendar days within the EU and approx. 21 calendar days to all other countries.

Warehouses
Items are dispatched from stock unless stated otherwise in the catalogue. Orders within the EU are shipped from our EU warehouse, all other orders from our warehouse in Switzerland.

Customs
No additional customs fees apply within Switzerland and the European Union. In other countries, additional costs may arise depending on local customs regulations and fees — these are beyond our control.

Packaging
Items are delivered in purpose-built, specially padded packaging.

Carriers & tracking
Smaller quantities are shipped with common carriers (Swiss Post, DHL). A tracking number is provided. In case of incorrect deliveries, please contact us before returning anything.
