Shipping costs and customs fees
Delivery is free of charge to every country we ship to — no shipping costs for you.
Within Switzerland and the European Union no additional customs fees apply. In other countries, additional costs may arise depending on local customs regulations and fees – these are unfortunately beyond our control.
How quickly is the order shipped?
If the ordered items are in stock, they ship within 1–2 days directly from our warehouse in Switzerland or the EU.
How long does delivery of Skullpot products take?
We ship items in stock within 1–2 days of your order.
From dispatch, delivery takes approx. 5 days to Switzerland, approx. 14 days within the EU and approx. 21 days to all other countries.
Which carrier handles the shipping?
The carrier varies depending on quantity and destination. We usually ship with Swiss Post or DHL.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
